I’ve been going back over Dave and taking a second look at pages I wasn’t entirely happy with. Towards the end of last year as I was putting it all together, I must admit to being a bit burnt out from viewing the same images over and over and reading my own jokes repeatedly (even if they did and do, still make me laugh out loud)

I kinda felt like the last few pages of the first half (Book One) didn’t perhaps get as much love as they deserved. The screen grab here is a re-working of the second to last page, upping the impact of Trevors mighty punch and re-inserting some panels that got (stupidly) left on the cutting room floor at the time. I mean LOOK at that last panel from Tim, it’s sheer bloody magic!!
